Sourdough Bread with Marinated Manchego
 

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup TFM Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • manchego cheese, cut into 1/4" slices
  • Dellalo Roasted Pepper Strips, drained
  • 1 Sourdough Baguette


Preparation:

For marinade, whisk first four ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Arrange Manchego slices so they are lying flat in a large baking dish. Place one Dellalo Roasted Pepper Strip on top of each slice of Manchego. Pour the marinade over the cheese and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Let cheese stand at room temperature for one hour before serving. When ready to serve, slice the Sourdough Baguette into round slices and top with a slice of marinated cheese and a roasted pepper strip. Drizzle a little marinade on top and serve!
